Debt ceiling

Congress should stop playing politics with debt ceiling limitations.  Amendment XIV Section 4 to the U.S. Constitution states:

"The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned."

Any legislation that serves to inhibit the U.S. government from paying its debt is clearly unconstitutional.
